30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at support@aurilella.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care products (e.g. opened beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered to a country in the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days — for any reason, without justification.

Returned items must still meet our standard return conditions.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction
