Shipping Costs

All domestic orders within the UK and the USA qualify for free standard shipping. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-off Time

United Kingdom

• Estimated delivery: 4–8 working days (Monday to Friday)

United States

• Estimated delivery: 5–9 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the destination

Order Cut-off Time

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT are processed the same day.

Handling Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Terms

We use reliable and trusted courier services such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD for UK deliveries, and verified logistics partners for US shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Change of Address

If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact us at support@aurilella.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

• Refuse the delivery if possible and notify us immediately.

• If you receive a damaged parcel while away, please email us photos of the package and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
